The space
Welcome to our stunning private, 3-bedroom pool villa in a peaceful neighborhood! This spacious retreat boasts 2 king-sized bedrooms, and a room with two cozy single beds, making it perfect for groups of up to 6 people.
2 modern bathrooms are available for guests, including one with a beautiful bathtub, adding extra comfort and satisfaction.
The villa features two separate living rooms, offering even more space to relax and enjoy your stay. One of the living rooms is equipped with a karaoke system and a huge LCD screen, perfect for fun-filled evenings of singing and entertainment.
In the main common area, you’ll find a large TV with Netflix, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The open layout of the house provides ample space for everyone to relax and unwind.
Additionally, a delicious breakfast can be served each morning for an extra fee (1400 baht a day, up to 7 people), allowing you to start your day in the most delightful way.
Our expansive garden is designed for ultimate relaxation and fun. Dive into the sparkling swimming pool, unwind on the lush, sprawling lawn, or challenge your friends to a game of pool at the stylish table. The guest has access to all part of the house except the maintenance storages and the dryer

Other things to note
– Guests who book longer than one week will get free weekly cleaning and transport from the Airport of Chiang Mai (CNX).
– Essentials like toilet paper, toothpaste are limited as welcome gift, after used away please provide from shop
– If you travel with a baby I can arrange a cot for the little guests comfort.
– I give huge weekly and monthly discounts!
– we can arrange activities such as elephant sanctuary visit, thai cooking classes etc.
– you need to empty the big trashcans in front of the house yourself. we will give instructions how to do it easily
– This is a tropical country and there are mosquitos. Don’t leave the doors open and the windows to avoid the mosquitos. In any case we place in the house some mosquito repellent. But in case you let the mosquitos in you should accept it, and use mosquito repellents :]
